Shipping Policy:

·        If we are shipping directly from The Golf Discounter, your order will be sent out via USPS when possible or UPS.  Sorry, if shipping via UPS, we can not ship to PO Boxes.

·        If you order is being sent directly from the manufacturer or distributor, shipment will be sent via their standard shipping means.

·        All golf clubs and golf bags ship free. 

We have prided ourselves on our low shipping costs for all other merchandise however, regretfully, we have had to increase our costs for flat shipping

·        All accessory orders will have a flat rate of $8.50 added for shipping and handling.   

Return Policy

·        Only merchandise damaged or incorrectly pulled from warehouse may be returned without penalty.  Customer must contact   The Golf Discounter within 3 days of receipt to notify us that merchandise is damaged or not what you ordered.  Customer must receive a return authorization number and that number must be packaged with returned goods.  Merchandise must be shipped back in the original packaging.

·        Any merchandise returned (except as noted above) is subject to a 25% restocking fee. You must call our customer service number and get return authorization number and that number must be packaged with returned goods.  Merchandise must be shipped back in original package and must be returned within 15 days. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the shipper.
